Amy is the Vice President of Growth Enablement and Support in Fidelity Investments Health and Benefits Accounts space. In this role, she is responsible for leading teams to bring Health Savings Account (HSA) and other reimbursement account product features to market, growing our market share, and providing ongoing support to internal client-facing teams.Â
Amy has been with Fidelity for over 20 years, in a variety of roles primarily related to employee benefits, retirement services, and investment offerings. She is passionate about helping employees understand the importance of saving not just for retirement, but also for medical expenses, both now and into retirement.Â

Randelle Lenoir is an Investor Center leader in the Chicago area. She spends her days at Fidelity coaching and inspiring a team of financial planning professionals to deliver essential support to customers in need of financial planning and investment management. She’s spent her career working with people from all walks of life, helping them solve problems and achieve goals. She believes that solid financial planning relationships can change lives and communities for the better.
Ally Donnelly leads Fidelity’s Video Podcast Team, focusing on innovative video projects to connect with clients in relevant and authentic ways. She also hosts Money Unscripted, Fidelity's flagship personal finance podcast, looking at everything from careers and caregiving to paying for college and planning for retirement.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 2021, Ally was a longtime broadcast television journalist for NBC and NECN in Boston. Her work has been recognized with multiple Edward R. Murrow, Emmy, Associated Press, and Gabriel awards.
Outside of work, Ally loves traveling and exploring the great outdoors with her family. She and her husband are raising their two beautiful daughters (and one wacky
dog) in the Boston suburbs.

David Gaito is head of direct lending in the High Income and Alternatives division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity
Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
Mr. Gaito leads Fidelity’s direct lending business, which is focused on making credit investments to middle market companies predominately owned by private equity firms. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Gaito held several senior roles during a distinguished career at PNC Corporate and Institutional Banking. He was most recently an executive vice president and division executive for PNC’s middle market senior secured lending platform, with responsibility for managing the daily operations of a division that included the Boston, Chicago, New York, and Toronto hubs. In this capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the division’s credit management and new business origination. David
has an extensive track record in leading divisions, acquiring talent, and mentoring employees to grow assets under management. He brings over 20 years of expertise to the role and has been in the financial industry since 1999.
Mr. Gaito earned his bachelor of science degree in economics from St. Vincent’s College. He is also a CFA®
charterholder.
Sarah Haflett Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in health care research, strategy, and consulting. Previously, Sarah was research leader at PwC’s Health Research Institute, where she led the strategic insights team and established the institute’s research strategy. She also spent seven years as a strategy and operations consultant. Sarah has a master’s degree in health services administration from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bucknell University. She also completed a post-graduate fellowship in hospital administration at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia.
