Scott McAdam is an institutional portfolio manager at Strategic Advisers LLC, a registered investment adviser and a Fidelity Investments company. Fidelity
Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Mr. McAdam is responsible for communicating Strategic Advisers managed account investment philosophy, process, and ongoing activities to a wide range of investors.
Prior to joining Fidelity in his current position in July 2016, Mr. McAdam served as a portfolio specialist and as head trader at DDJ Capital Management. Previously, he was a principal at CRT Capital Group, vice president of institutional sales at Credit Suisse First Boston, a loan officer at Fleet Bank of Massachusetts, and an analyst at
Bank of New England. He has been in the financial industry since 1996.
Mr. McAdam earned his bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Middlebury College and his master’s degree in finance and marketing from the J.L. Kellogg
Graduate School of Management. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
Suzie is currently Vice President of Insights from Fidelity Wealth Management®, which provides educational content and resources including thought leadership articles, webinars, and videos for Wealth Management clients and representatives.
Much of Suzie’s experience has focused on shaping business strategies and uncovering client needs. Her prior roles during her 15+ years at Fidelity include developing new offerings as well as leading strategic consumer research in trading, brand, advertising, women and young investors, and distribution. Prior to Fidelity, she held roles at market research consultancies and technology in sales and relationship management.
Suzie earned a BS in Psychology and a BA in Women’s Studies from Duke University. At Fidelity, she is active in Raise, the working caregivers group. Outside of work, she is a parent to 3 active sons, oversees a merit scholarship for her high school, and interviews prospective students for her alma mater.
Justin Bailey is a regional vice president and a 27-year veteran with Fidelity Investments. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions, including financial consultant, retirement consultant, regional planning consultant, vice president of national sales for Fidelity Life Insurance Company, and regional vice president. He currently supports financial consultants on the West Coast with retirement planning, investment planning, estate planning, and income planning.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Westminster University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Stephanie is a vice president and wealth planner at Fidelity Investments and is based in our Scottsdale, Arizona, investor center. She strives to work with clients as a trusted guide on their long-term financial journey. She is passionate about expanding relationships with her clients and their families through her business beliefs of integrity, dedication, and commitment to understanding their relationship to wealth. Through a detailed 5-step process, Stephanie and her team will collaborate on the creation and maintenance of an evolving financial plan.
She started with Fidelity as a financial representative in 2013 and prior to that held positions with Robert W. Baird.
Stephanie earned a bachelor of science in finance from Arizona State University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certificant. She also has her Insurance Licenses: Life, Health and Annuities and the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 registrations. †
David Peterson, Head of Advanced Wealth Solutions and Fidelity Personal Trust Company, Fidelity Investments David is responsible for Fidelity's estate and wealth planning activities, and he leads a team of professionals that develop Fidelity's advanced wealth solutions offering.
Prior to joining Fidelity, David was managing director and head of Insured Solutions for UBS Wealth Management Americas. During his tenure there, he served as chief operating officer of Wealth Planning and was a senior member of Private Wealth Management.
With UBS, he also served as the chairman and president of UBS Life Insurance Company USA, Inc.; the chairman and president of UBS Financial Services Insurance Agency, Inc.; and a board member of UBS Trust Company, N.A.
Prior to joining UBS, David was a director in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking & Investment Group. He joined the firm’s International Private Banking business in London and was a key member of the firm’s Corporate Strategy unit.
David has passed the Series 7, 24, 63, and 65* and has his life and health insurance licenses.
