Michael Finke, Ph.D. is a Professor of wealth management and Frank M. Engle Distinguished Chair in Economic Security at The American College of Financial Services. He received a doctorate in consumer economics from the Ohio State University in 1998 and in finance from the University of Missouri in 2011. He leads the O. Alfred Granum Center for Financial Security at the American College, is a Research Fellow at the Retirement Income Institute, and serves as a Trustee on the Pension Reserve Trust of Puerto Rico. He is a nationally known researcher in the areas of retirement income planning, retirement spending, life satisfaction, and cognitive aging and was named one of the 25 most influential people in the field of investment advising in 2020 and 2021 by Investment Advisor Magazine.

Outside of work, Vanessa and her boyfriend, Clark, recently relocated from Houston, TX, to Denver, CO,
with their two dogs, Samson and Archie. They’re excited to embrace Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle— whether it’s hiking scenic trails or hitting the slopes for snowboarding.

Randelle Lenoir is a vice president and branch leader in the Chicago area. She spends her days at Fidelity inspiring a team of financial professionals and coaching them in how to deliver essential support to customers in need of financial planning.
She’s been in the industry since 2008, the majority of that time working one-on one with clients from all walks of life, helping them solve problems and achieve goals. She believes that solid financial planning relationships can changes lives and communities for the better.
Randelle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University and calls Lansing, Michigan, her hometown. Her special interests include community building, wellness, education, and artistic expression of all sorts.
Danielle is a Vice President and Wealth Planner at Fidelity Investments and is based in our Colorado Springs, CO investor center. She is a trusted and dedicated financial advisor whose passion, caring, and depth of experience help her understand your personal story and family dynamics. Danielle will help create a plan to give you confidence in navigating the complexities of today's market and working towards your family’s financial goals.
She has worked for over three decades in the financial planning and securities industries. She started with Fidelity as a Financial Consultant in 2011, and prior to that held positions with T. Rowe Price, Bear Stearns, and Merrill Lynch.
Danielle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Mesa State College. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor. She also has her Insurance Licenses: Life, Health and Annuities and the Series 7, 24 and 66 registrations.
Suzie is currently Vice President of Insights from Fidelity Wealth Management®, which provides educational content and resources including thought leadership articles, webinars, and videos for Wealth Management clients and representatives.
Much of Suzie’s experience has focused on shaping business strategies and uncovering client needs. Her prior roles during her 15+ years at Fidelity include developing new offerings as well as leading strategic consumer research in trading, brand, advertising, women and young investors, and distribution. Prior to Fidelity, she held roles at market research consultancies and technology in sales and relationship management.
Suzie earned a BS in Psychology and a BA in Women’s Studies from Duke University. At Fidelity, she is active in Raise, the working caregivers group. Outside of work, she is a parent to 3 active sons, oversees a merit scholarship for her high school, and interviews prospective students for her alma mater.
