Jim Armstrong is a Director, Webinar Content, supporting Fidelity’s Brokerage and Digital Assets team. Since coming to Fidelity in 2018, Jim has worked on a variety of webinar, livestream, podcast, and other interactive educational platforms. His focus is on helping Fidelity customers be confident when it comes to their financial decisions.
Before coming to Fidelity, Jim distinguished himself as an Emmy-winning journalist, spending the first 17 years of his career as a television reporter for network affiliates around the country. He holds a bachelor of science in broadcast journalism from Boston University’s College of Communication, a master of public policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and a master of business administration from the University of Rhode Island’s College of Business Administration. Jim also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 24 licenses.
In his personal time, Jim volunteers for charities that support local public schools and global environmental stewardship. He enjoys traveling with his wife and their sons.
Jurrien is part of Fidelity’s Global Asset Allocation group, where he specializes in asset allocation and global macro strategy. Jurrien has been at Fidelity for 29 years and has close to four decades of experience in the industry. He appears frequently in the media and can be seen on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business.
Prior to assuming his current position in 2005, Jurrien held various other roles within Fidelity, including director of market research and technical research analyst. He also co-managed Fidelity Global Strategies Fund from 2007 to 2014.
Jurrien earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Babson College.
Jack is a venture investor at F-Prime Capital focused on crypto companies and projects. He spends his day-to-day collaborating and speaking with founders across the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem. Prior to this role, Jack was a member of the research team at Fidelity Digital Assets® where he helped institutional investors better understand this emerging asset class.
Jack holds a degree in Finance from UMass Amherst.
Parth leads a Digital Assets startup incubated out of Fidelity Labs, focusing on innovation in the evolving financial landscape. His background includes extensive experience building large-scale applications in the crypto space. Complementing his industry work, Parth serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, where he teaches INFO 7520, Engineering of Advanced Crypto Systems. On the side, he enjoys contributing to the Ethereum open-source community.
Ramine joined Fidelity Digital Assets® in 2019. Ramine is responsible for defining long-term product vision and continuing expansion of product and service offerings across the digital assets landscape. Ramine holds an MBA from the McCallum School of Business at Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
Lubna Lundy is director of investment product for Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Lundy is responsible for product strategy, development, management, and advocacy for Fidelity’s thematic and sector strategies.
Prior to assuming her current position Ms. Lundy was a director of product management in Fidelity Institutional (FI) supporting platform solutions for exchange-traded funds (ETFs), mutual funds, alternative investments and 529 plans. She has been in the financial industry since 2010.
Ms. Lundy earned her bachelor of science degree in risk management and insurance from St. John’s University. She also holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Kristin specializes in creating comprehensive crypto educational materials, including FAQs, how-to guides, and tutorial videos for customers. Her initial foray into the cryptocurrency sector was marked by her participation in a Metaplex hackathon, where she was recognized as a finalist for her innovative creation of a flexible financial product utilizing an NFT.
With a passion for decentralized finance (DeFi), Kristin spends her spare time exploring various dePIN protocols and yield farming. Her enthusiasm for the crypto world is matched by her commitment to making complex concepts accessible and engaging for clients.
In his role, Matt focuses on helping institutional clients and Fidelity associates better understand the digital asset ecosystem that is emerging, often through a macroeconomic lens. His goal is to help increase comfort levels, break down the headlines by providing analysis on what’s moving the markets, and bridge the knowledge gaps that exist between traditional asset managers and the digital asset space. He has a passion for the digital asset and blockchain industry and always welcomes the opportunity to share that passion with others who are interested as well.
Matt graduated UMass Amherst in 2019 from the Isenberg School of Management with a degree in Corporate Finance and joined Fidelity in 2019 as a part of the Workplace Investing Finance Function. Matt was a participant in the inaugural class of the Fidelity ADAPT Program in 2021, which was a rotational learning program in Fidelity Digital Assets with a focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Kelly is a Director on Fidelity's Educational Content team, supporting crypto education. She has experience leading digital content strategies across a range of industries including cybersecurity, research & advisory, and international education. She joined Fidelity in 2023, initially working in Fidelity's Social Media Product Area.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and lives in the Greater Boston area. Outside of work, she's likely reading, hiking, or training for the Pan Mass Challenge where she's a team captain, fundraiser, and rider.
Ali McEachern is a senior manager in consumer strategy and segment marketing at Fidelity where she has been working on retail crypto marketing messaging and strategy since 2023. Ali has a background in stablecoins and digital asset education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University.
In addition to her role as Senior Manager, Sidney is a regional co-chairs for the Women's Leadership Group Covington division, and has a passion for helping others rise to their full potential. She has a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. When she is not at work, you will find her and her family gardening and reading about dragons.
Daniel contributes to the research creation process and works closely with sales and marketing to provide leading education and recourse to clients. Prior to joining Fidelity Digital Assets®, Daniel served as a Quality Assurance Engineer for Fidelity Brokerage Technology where he tested products and identified deficiencies by creating reusable automation scripts.
Max specializes in the Ethereum core protocol. He graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2018 and joined Fidelity where he was an equity trader and business analyst before joining the research team. Max’s interest in digital assets began with watching the Bitcoin price climb in 2019. As Max learned more about the crypto ecosystem, his interests pivoted from Bitcoin to Ethereum citing the more innovative design space.
Max started his work with Fidelity Digital Assets® Research in June 2022 where he began pursuing his goal of educating the masses about the benefits and risks of crypto. He regularly releases reports tailored to institutional investors about Ethereum as a potential investment and evolving trends within the industry.
Chris contributes to and oversees the research creation process, working closely with sales and marketing to provide leading education and resources to clients.
Prior to joining Fidelity Digital Assets®, Chris served as Vice President of equity research at CFRA Research, one of the largest independent global investment research providers. There he covered financial exchanges as well as payment and fintech companies, while also expanding CFRA’s research capabilities to include bitcoin and led the creation of CFRA’s research methodology.
Chris holds a Master of Arts in Economics from George Mason University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Dordt University. Chris Kuiper is a CFA® charterholder.
Martha Legg Miller is the Vice President of Public Policy and Regulatory Strategy at Fidelity Investments, where she leads a talented team within Corporate Affairs that is focused on aligning Fidelity’s solutions for customers and clients with the legal and regulatory frameworks to achieve them.
Prior to joining Fidelity in September 2022, Martha was unanimously appointed as the first Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2018, leading a new office created by Congress. Martha had the rare opportunity scale a startup within the government, working directly with the SEC’s Commissioners and Congress. At Fidelity, Martha brings that same creativity and solution orientation to solving problems to address the needs of the firm’s customers.
Before serving at the SEC, Martha was a partner the law firm Balch & Bingham LLP representing companies and investors across a spectrum of corporate transactions. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Cognitive Neuroscience and Communications Studies from Vanderbilt University and a juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Martha is now blending her native Alabama accent with her new Boston home base alongside her husband, young children, and dogs.
In his role at the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology's (FCAT's) Blockchain Incubator, Ryan oversees Fidelity’s bitcoin mining research and development.
FCAT began mining bitcoin in 2015 as a technical proof-of-concept in their early research and development to understand the potential of cryptocurrencies and digital assets. This research includes monitoring bitcoin’s network economics, evaluating opportunities for renewable and stranded energy to sustainably power datacenters and identifying trends that will shape the mining ecosystem in the next 3-5 years.
Prior to his current role, Ryan was a Product Manager in FCAT’s Blockchain Incubator. Ryan holds a BS in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
In his role at Fidelity Digital Asset Management at Fidelity Investments, Matt leads the team that collaborates with investors on digital asset education and implementation using Fidelity solutions.
Previously, Matt held various roles across Fidelity’s asset management business and distribution channels, helping to launch and build out Fidelity’s exchange-traded fund business. He has been in the financial industry since 2012.
Matt earned an undergraduate economics degree from Holy Cross and his Master of Business Administration from Boston College. He also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
Kevin works at the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology's (FCAT's) Blockchain Incubator, with a focus on analytics and product strategy for Bitcoin mining and Ethereum staking. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2021, Kevin worked as an analyst at start-ups in the blockchain industry including USDC stablecoin provider Circle and cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex.
Rita has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Fidelity Investments in 2011 through a Fidelity management rotational program and later moved into the Retirement space where she focused on building digital client experiences and launching Fidelity’s direct to consumer HSA offering and overseeing the 529 College Savings Product. Currently, she oversees Fidelity’s Retirement products.
Rita earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in business administration from Bentley University. She holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Industry (FINRA) Series 7, 63, 51 and 24 licenses.
In her role, Ms. Chisholm is focused on historical analysis, its application in diversified portfolio strategies, and ways to combine investment building blocks, such as factors, sectors, and themes. In addition to her research responsibilities, Ms. Chisholm is a popular contributor at various Fidelity client forums, is a LinkedIn 2020 Top Voice, and frequently appears in the media.
Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Chisholm was a sector strategist focused on sector strategy research, its application in diversified portfolio strategies, and ways to combine sector-based investment vehicles. Ms. Chisholm also held multiple roles within Fidelity, including research analyst on the mega cap research team, research analyst on the international team, and sector specialist.
Previously, Ms. Chisholm performed dual roles as an equity research analyst and director of Independent Research at Ameriprise Financial. In this capacity, she focused on the integration of differentiated research platforms and methodologies. Before joining Fidelity in 1999, Ms. Chisholm served as a cost-of-living consultant for ARINC and as a Department of Defense statistical consultant at MCR Federal. She has been in the financial industry since 1999.
Ms. Chisholm earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Boston University.
Dan Chodos is a Team Leader, Crypto Product Experience at Fidelity Crypto®, leading the firm’s Peer-to-Peer transfers capability. A 10-year Fidelity veteran, Dan helped launch Fidelity Crypto’s initial market offering in 2022 and has supported money movement, asset transfers, and product experience.
Prior to crypto, Dan held strategy and product management roles at Fidelity Charitable and in corporate development across multiple industries.
Bronagh Creegan is the Experience Lead for Crypto Account Opening and Maintenance at Fidelity Crypto. A 14‑year Fidelity veteran, she played a key role in launching Fidelity Crypto’s initial market offering in 2022 and has since led efforts to enhance and expand the account opening, maintenance, and overall product experience. Prior to her work in crypto, Bronagh held oversight and product management roles across the managed accounts and production support space, where she focused on delivering operational excellence and client‑centered solutions.
Brian Allen is Product Area Leader for Wallet & Blockchain at Fidelity Digital AssetsSM, which provides enterprise-grade digital asset solutions for institutional investors. Brian leads delivery of new products and services, sets the product roadmap for blockchain platforms, and designs capabilities to securely custody and transact in digital assets.
Previously, Brian spent a decade working in Corporate Audit and Technology Risk Management functions, performing technology audits, assessing risk, and leading controls programs across Fidelity Investments.
Brian holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College.
Zack Wainwright is a Research Analyst for the Fidelity Digital Assets team. In his role he researches various aspects of the digital asset ecosystem with a main focus on Bitcoin. Zack’s aim is to provide value to institutional clients and continue to move Fidelity forward in the digital asset space. He has a strong passion for digital assets and always welcomes conversations with others who share that interest.
Zack graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2012 with a degree in Sport Management. He was a student manager for the UConn Men’s basketball team which included a national championship in 2011. Prior to joining Fidelity in 2021, Zack also worked in various roles in athletics with the New York Knicks, Maryland Terrapins, and Brown Bears. Zack was a participant in the 2023 ADAPT rotational learning program for Fidelity Digital Assets and has been a Research Analyst since 2023.
Matt is a Founding Partner at Castle Island Ventures, an early-stage venture fund, where he focuses on investments in the stablecoin, financial market infrastructure, and cybersecurity sectors. He is a board member at Groma, Talos, Notabene and Station 70.
Prior to founding Castle Island Ventures, Matt was a Vice President at Fidelity Investments where he led a number of the firm’s blockchain / cryptoasset initiatives. Matt holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
