Heather Knight is a National Brokerage Coach across Personal Investing for Fidelity Investments. Her primary responsibilities are to develop brokerage and fixed income subject matter experts and coach associates on engaging clients with individual securities.

She was also an equity and options trader for Fidelity's Active Trader Services Group, where her responsibilities included trading, portfolio oversight, and risk management as he worked to assist Fidelity's most sophisticated retail traders.

Mr. Travali started his career with Fidelity back in 2008 as an equity and options trader for Fidelity's Trading & Services Group, where his responsibilities included assisting clients with complex trading strategies, portfolio oversight, and risk management for Fidelity's most sophisticated retail traders.
Andrew McGowin, CMT®, began his career at Fidelity Investments in 2016. Before joining the Trading Strategy Desk, he spent time in many different roles, most recently with the Active Trader VIP Desk. He is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7/63), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), a General Securities Sales Supervisor (Series 10), and a Chartered Market Technician (CMT®). Prior to joining Fidelity, Andrew graduated from the University of North Florida with bachelor’s degrees in political science and English. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s degree in applied economics.
