Kristal joined Fidelity in 2020 to work on newly established employer retirement plans.

In 2022, Kristal moved into the Retirement Income space based on nearly 15 years of financial service experience at TIAA. Currently, she works within the Tax Exempt Market to drive awareness and adoption of our retirement income solutions at the plan level.

Kristal earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University before launching her coursework in Strategic Communications at the University of Missouri. Kristal maintains Series 7 and 63 FINRA registrations.

In a short time at Fidelity, Kristal has established relationships throughout the firm as an active member of several ERGs and the WLG Steering Committee. Kristal is a native of Maryland where she currently resides with her husband and two lovely daughters. Her hobbies include spinning and traveling with her family.

Eliza Guilbault is a Vice President in Workplace Consulting at Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries.

In her role, Eliza is an innovator who develops global solutions for organizations focused on improving the overall well-being of their workforce. In recent years, Eliza has spearheaded the creation of points of view on creating an inclusive experience for all employees’ diverse needs, the cost of demographic differences in financial planning, as well as evolving points of view on how to attract and retain diverse talent through an inclusive workplace culture. Recognized for her extensive knowledge on Defined Contribution plans, financial wellness, total well-being, and diverse employee needs, Eliza frequently speaks and writes on these topics to help educate employers, employees, advisors, policymakers and the media.

Eliza joined Fidelity in 2010 and has held several leadership positions within Fidelity’s Workplace Investing business. Prior to her current role, she held various client facing roles in communications and education working directly with Fidelity’s largest plan sponsors.

Eliza received her Bachelor and Master of Business degrees from the Plymouth State University. She has also received a certificate from Cornell University for the Diversity and Inclusion for HR program. Â

Randelle Lenoir is a vice president and branch leader in the Chicago area. She spends her days at Fidelity inspiring a team of financial professionals and coaching them in how to deliver essential support to customers in need of financial planning.

She’s been in the industry since 2008, the majority of that time working one-on one with clients from all walks of life, helping them solve problems and achieve goals. She believes that solid financial planning relationships can changes lives and communities for the better.

Randelle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University and calls Lansing, Michigan, her hometown. Her special interests include community building, wellness, education, and artistic expression of all sorts.

Alexandra (Alex) Roca is a workplace financial consultant for Fidelity Investments within the Employee Meeting Group in the Southeast Region. Alex provides
onsite educational workshops for Fidelity 401(k) clients and their employees to help them understand their retirement and investment needs. She joined Fidelity in 2016. Prior to her current role, she was an investment education consultant within the Employee Meeting Group with Fidelity Investments.
She is a registered representative, holds her Certified Financial PlannerTM certificate, and has her Florida insurance license. She is a bilingual presenter in
English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Alex loves to spend time with her family and friends, cook, read, travel, and attend concerts.
