Coaching sessions with the Trading Strategy Desk

Join Women Talk Money for a session all about HSAs. Women tend to live longer and have higher health care costs throughout their lifetimes, so tax-efficient savings can be a powerful tool in helping you prepare. We’ll cover the questions we get asked most about HSAs: who qualifies, how contributions work, tips to balance saving, investing, and spending, and more. We’ll also talk about what you should know as your life changes—whether you’re self-employed, growing your family, approaching retirement, changing jobs, or taking a break from the workplace.


In this discussion, we’ll share:

Karen Volo is Head of the Health & Benefit Accounts Domain for Fidelity Investments, where she manages the HSA and Reimbursement Account business with over $46 billion in assets and 4.5 million health saving accounts, and 600K reimbursement accounts.


Karen has spent her career helping employers across the country understand and address the unique financial needs of their employees at every life stage.


Karen and her team work with employers to provide actionable resources and planning support to help employees navigate their health savings opportunities through Health Saving Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts and other various Reimbursement Accounts.


A 30-year veteran of Fidelity, Karen has previously held roles in relationship management, program implementation and sales. She holds her Series 7, 24 and 63 securities registrations*.


Karen lives in Florida with her husband Mike. Together, they have 3 adult children.

Outside of work, Vanessa and her boyfriend, Clark, recently relocated from Houston, TX, to Denver, CO,

Randelle Lenoir

Randelle Lenoir is a vice president and branch leader in the Chicago area. She spends her days at Fidelity inspiring a team of financial professionals and coaching them in how to deliver essential support to customers in need of financial planning.

 

She’s been in the industry since 2008, the majority of that time working one-on one with clients from all walks of life, helping them solve problems and achieve goals. She believes that solid financial planning relationships can changes lives and communities for the better.

 

Randelle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University and calls Lansing, Michigan, her hometown. Her special interests include community building, wellness, education, and artistic expression of all sorts.

A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certificant, Equity Compensation Associate, investment advisor representative, registered securities representative, and licensed insurance representative, Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Joseph’s University.
